<p>In accordance with the mounting systems for photovoltaic systems, reference is made to supports which are mounted on the roof of solar panels and other surfaces. In addition to custom solutions, there are a number of modular components on a modular basis, which are flexible and can be built quickly and efficiently because of pre-assembled parts.</p>
<p>For each area and each photovoltaic installation there is a suitable solution:</p>
<ul>
<li>Pitched roof systems</li>
<li>Flat Roof Systems</li>
<li>Roof systems integration</li>
<li>Field Systems</li>
</ul>
<p>There are 3 types of AeroFux fixture for flat roofs:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>IBC AeroFix 15</strong>: for large flat roofs, at a height of up to 20 meters with a minimum of 2&#215;5 photovoltaic modules in typical orientation to the South and 15 ° tilt module. Distance between supports basic standard: 1.80 meters.</li>
<li><strong>IBC AeroFix 15 (sets)</strong> for small flat roofs at a height of up to six meters (eg garage), with a minimum of 2&#215;2 photovoltaic modules in typical orientation to the South and 15 ° tilt module. Distance between supports basic standard: 1.80 meters.</li>
<li><strong>IBC AeroFix 10:</strong> for flat roofs at a height of up to 20 meters with a minimum of 2&#215;5 photovoltaic modules in east-west, 10 °module inclination, in V inclination mode and easy to install. Completed posterior wall plate (IBC AeroFix 10EW-B) or with an additional row of modules (IBC AeroFix 10EW-M). Distance between supports basic standard: 2.30 meters.</li>

<p>The role of the instalation is dyeing and drying the pieces painted with liquid paint.</p>
<p>Transportation of parts is made by a conveyor.</p>
<p>The system can operate both in manual mode and automatic mode.</p>
<p>The operating temperatures of the painting and drying system are adjustable.</p>
<p>In manual mode of operation, all elements of the system can be operated independently, for maintenance or test purposes.</p>
<p>Commands are available on the two screens of the display, Microwave Drying and  Painting Booth.</p>
<p>The two instalations, Spray Booth and Drying Oven, can operate simultaneously but independently of each other.</p>
<p><strong>Modes of operation</strong></p>
<p>In manual mode , each unit of the instalation is operated as long as you hold the button. When the button is released, the machine stops operating.</p>
<p>The status of the entire system is indicated via lights.</p>
<p>In automatic mode the system operates completely independent of operator intervention, considering only the parameters set in advance (running time, rest time, temperature, etc.) and if safe operating conditions are met.</p>
<p><strong>Functional safety</strong></p>
<p>All faults that occur are signaled both optically and acoustically.</p>
<p>The windows are made with graphics, databases and lists of failures.</p>
<p><strong> Comfort and ease of use</strong></p>
<p>The system is equipped with a generously sized touch screens that can easily view all elements in the system.</p>
<p>The system has the possibility to connect to ethernet, which allows viewing and remote monitoring of the entire process.</p>
<p>It also has the possibility of a memory stick to certain parameters in the system.</p>

<p>The system is designed to purify and bring industrial wastewater, from various stages of production at an appropriate pH content requirement and environmental standards in force, before it is release into drains. The system performs in the filtering process the pressing of the resulting sludge and the recovery of valuable components such as copper, zinc, aluminum, chromium, etc.</p>
<p>The principle consists in successive dosages of hydrochloric acid, lime, caustic soda, flocculants and other chemical components, after a well-established recipe with the possibility of amending it so that all the compounds in wastewater are neutralized. Sediments are effectively eliminated, water becomes clean, providing output pH and content of harmful compounds to the parameters required by environmental regulations.</p>

<p> <strong>Modes of operation:<a href="http://eetim.ro/wp-content/uploads/2013/12/Neutralizare-1.jpg" rel="lightbox[691]"><img class="alignright size-medium wp-image-730" title="Neutralizare 1" src="http://eetim.ro/wp-content/uploads/2013/12/Neutralizare-1-300x240.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="240" /></a></strong></p>
<p>The instalation can contain neutralizing continuous flow lines in which the water cycle is continuous, entering water being neutralized while passing through many pools of neutralization and neutralization lines in charge, in which wastewater is stored in pools and inserted in charge to fill storage tank, neutralization being made in consecutive batches.</p>
<p>The system can operate automatically, a mode in which all decisions are taken by the automatic control of the installation depending on the chosen neutralization line and in manual mode, the system can make checks and adjustments of the neutralization process.</p>
<p>According to the guidelines, each neutralization line can be switched on and off thus ensuring the possibility of processing wastewater from several parts of the production process, simultaneously or individually.</p>
<p><strong>Functional safety:</strong></p>
<p>The process achieves a performance indicator and warning of dangerous situations, by cumulating failure warnings in a warnings list, with display of date and time, their disappearance and audible signals when they occur.</p>
<p>The list of faults is stored in a &#8220;.csv&#8221; on PC and can be accessed and printed making process history for long periods of time.</p>
<p><strong>Comfort and ease of use:</strong></p>
<p>Each stage of the process and pH values are shown in real time and stored in process lists that can be accessed both on the PC viewer, and in a &#8220;.csv&#8221; file, logging the history of the instalation&#8217;s parameters in time.</p>
<p>Automation is ensured by a Siemens &#8221;Step 7&#8243; series programmable controller and S300 digital and analog modules, which monitor and control the entire process of neutralization.</p>
<p>With the graphic touch screen and SCADA program under  &#8220;Siemens Flexible 2008 Runtime&#8221; licence,  viewing, control and HMI interaction with the installation is made posible.</p>
<p><strong>Fiabiliate:</strong></p>
<p>Automation cabinets are made with Schneider Electric devices , providing a high robustness and a very good reliability.</p>

<p>An IR photography can give us a lot of information. Thermography is the only diagnostic technology that allows you to view and verify thermal performance. IR cameras today will allow the identification of the nature of thermal problems, quantify them through a  extremely precise non-contact measurment, allowing automatic presentation of results in the form of professional reports.</p>
